Prior to that, Rob spent some 15 years as a Global Client Relationship Director, managing and developing several large multinational clients across all Mercer’s lines of business and geographies.
He has been appointed “Disruptor in Residence” in Diversity & Inclusion at EDHEC Business School. Rob is also a Non-Executive Director of Spktral, the pay gap analysis specialists.
